Bank of England AFC - Disciplinary Guidelines - Version 1.04 (July 2004)

5th caution in season between opening day of season and last day of February	£10 fine & 7 days suspension (and brought before League Disciplinary Committee)	2 Match suspension plus further written warning re 10 bookings and potential ban
Or between opening day of season and opening day of following season (incl small-side football)	£8* plus Warning as to future conduct	2 Match suspension with start date to be determined by Committee
6^th thru 9^th Caution in the Season or before start of next season	£8*	Incremental Match suspensions starting from three ie 6^th Caution is 3 matches, 7 Cautions is 4 matches.
Then 5 further cautions (ie 10) between opening day of season and 2^nd Sunday in April.	£8* plus £10 fine & 7 days suspension	Committee Ban
Or between opening day of season and opening day of following season (incl small-side football)	£8* plus Severely censured and Warned as to future conduct	Committee Ban

All the above punishments are guidelines only and could be varied at the discretion of the Section Management Committee.

* is the Administration charge levied by the AFA

Persistent offenders and persistent cautions for dissent will be considered more seriously.

Any caution not listed (eg. second sending off) will also be considered more seriously.

All fines are to be paid by the player direct to the Section.

The Hon.Treasurer pays all fines to the AFA as instructed

All Section Suspensions that are levied for a number of matches start in parallel with any AFA Suspension, as long as the player is fit. If he is not, then the punishment starts from when he is.

All Committee Bans will be discussed at the next appropriate General Committee Meeting after the relevant incident, unless an extraordinary meeting is called to discuss the issue in question. Start and end dates for the Bans will be discussed at these meetings.
