The way the table works is to compare the percentage of points attained from those available for each team in league games only and, simply, the highest percentage wins. In the event of a tie, the next criteria is goal difference, then goals scored and then goals conceded. FINAL POSITIONS 2008/09 SeasonThe 1st XI narrowly retained their title in the inter-team comparison, just pipping the 2s who were in the lead for much of the season. The 1s and 2s also had the joint best defensive records with the 2s also the highest scorers in the club. As usual the 5s conceded most goals but have the excuse of having played the most games. However the 5s were the lowest scorers by far,which was shown in their goal scorer charts with their top scorer netting just 3 times.
