The way the table works is to compare the percentage of points attained from those available for each team in league games only and, simply, the highest percentage wins. In the event of a tie, the next criteria is goal difference, then goals scored and then goals conceded. FINAL POSITIONS 2009/10 SeasonThe 2nd XI took the inter-team comparison title forn the first time since its inception. The 2nd XI also had the joint best defensive record, tied with the 1st XI. The 5th XI were by far the top scorers scoring almost double the number of goals of any other side thanks to having two of the top three goal scorers in the club. However the 5th XI conceded the most goals as well, at least it meant some entertaining matches! All the other teams struggled with goal scoring, particularly the 1s who only managed 22 goals in 20 matches leading to a bottom placed finish in the league for the first time in many years.
